I am Gideon Bett, a Mathematics and Physics educator with over five years of secondary school teaching experience and a passion for turning data into real academic results. Through Novapath Educational Training and Consultancy, I bring together strong subject mastery, international curriculum expertise (CBC, British, IGCSE, IB), and hands-on skills in educational data analytics using tools like Power BI and Python.
My track record speaks for itself: I’ve delivered consistent value-added gains in Mathematics and Physics, helping both subjects become the most-improved in their respective schools across successive examination cycles. As founder and lead of a school STEM Club, I’ve mentored students to county, regional, and national recognition, including representation at the Kenya Mathematics Olympiad. I’m also the author of a CBC-aligned Mathematics revision resource for Grades 7-9, and I’m TSC registered and internationally certified through the Certificate in Teaching International Curriculum (CTIC) from Riara University.
What sets me apart is the combination of classroom experience with analytical rigor. I don’t just teach, I track, measure, and refine, using data to identify gaps early and design interventions that actually work. Whether I’m working with a school, a department, or an individual learner, my approach is the same: clear goals, evidence-based strategies, and consistent follow-through until the results show.
